Q: Do I need a background in construction to apply?
A. No construction experience is needed. Companies are looking for leadership, attitude and willingness to learn- we help with the rest.

Q: I'm still in school can we start now? 
A: Absolutely. The earlier we connect, the better. We'll help you prepare for life after sports so you can hit the ground running when you graduate.

Q: What locations are available? 
A: We currently working with companies in Portland, OR. We are working to expand across the U.S.

Q: Do I have to train them?
A. Yes, like any new hire- but these athletes are quick learners. They strive with structure and coaching.

Q: How do you vet the athletes? 
A: We personally interview and assess each athlete for professionalism, communication, leadership potential, and cultural fit. You'll only see candidates we'd hire ourselves. 

Q: How is this different from a typical staffing agency? 
A: We're not a staffing agency- we're a placement partner. We focus on long-term, full-time hires and only work with former college athletes.
