Our Founder
Callie, a former college athlete who understands firsthand the challenges of life after sports—and the untapped potential athletes bring to the workforce. With a deep background in competitive athletics, Callie experienced the drive, discipline, and leadership that define great teammates and future professionals. But this journey didn’t start on the field alone. Coming from a family rooted in construction, Callie grew up seeing the value of hard work, strong mentorship, and career mobility. These early lessons, combined with a passion for helping others find purpose beyond the game, led to the creation of Playmaker Placement—a bridge between the drive of athletes and the leadership needs of the construction industry.
